All tiers include: redundant A+B power feeds, 24/7 biometric access control, video-monitored cages, and remote-hands support billed in 15-minute increments.

[ WHAT'S INCLUDED ]

Colocation, without the fine print

Redundant A+B power

Dual power feeds to every rack, backed by UPS and generator with automatic transfer.

Carrier-neutral connectivity

Choose from multiple upstream carriers on-site, or bring your own IP transit and cross-connect it in.

Remote hands, 24/7

Reboots, cable swaps, and drive replacements handled by on-site technicians when you can't be there.

Biometric access control

Multi-factor entry, mantraps, and 24/7 video coverage on every cage and cabinet.

[ NETWORK SECURITY ]

Anti-DDoS appliances sit in front of every rack

Colocation puts your equipment on our network, so our DDoS mitigation covers it the same way it covers our own hosting customers, no separate appliance to rack or license yourself.

Always-on scrubbing

Inline anti-DDoS appliances inspect traffic to every colocated rack continuously, filtering volumetric and protocol-level floods before they reach your cabinet.

Automatic mitigation

Attack traffic is detected and rerouted through scrubbing in seconds, without a support ticket or manual failover on your part.

Perimeter & access security

Segmented VLANs, filtered peering, and biometric physical access work together so network-level and physical-level security back each other up.

[ UPGRADE OPTIONS ]

Add what your deployment actually needs

Start with a standard rack and layer on capacity as you grow, no need to renegotiate the whole contract.

Additional cross-connect
Fiber or copper, to another cage or a carrier meet-me room.
from $75/mo
Extra power circuit
A second metered A+B feed for high-density racks.
from $120/mo
10 Gbps port upgrade
Move from a 1 Gbps handoff to 10 Gbps burstable.
from $200/mo
Private cage / suite
Lockable, dedicated space beyond a shared cage.
custom quote
Additional IP block
Extra routable IPv4 or IPv6 allocation, justified usage.
from $25/mo
Extended remote-hands block
Pre-purchased hours at a discounted rate vs. ad hoc billing.

[ FAQ ]

Colocation questions

Do I need to ship you my own hardware?

Yes. Colocation means racking equipment you own or lease elsewhere. If you'd rather not manage hardware procurement, our Bare Metal Servers give you dedicated physical hardware without the logistics.

What happens if I exceed my power allocation?

Circuits are metered; sustained draw above your contracted allocation is billed at the per-kW overage rate in your agreement, or you can upgrade to the next power tier.

Can I visit the facility before signing?

Yes, facility tours are available by appointment for prospective colocation customers. Mention it in the notes field above and we'll set one up.

How is remote hands billed?

In 15-minute increments for tasks like reboots, cable changes, or part swaps. A small monthly allotment is included on Half and Full Rack; Quarter Rack customers are billed from the first request.

Is DDoS protection included, or is it an add-on?

Included on every rack tier. Anti-DDoS appliances scrub inbound traffic at the network edge automatically; there's nothing to configure or license separately.

What's the difference between Basic and Full Management?

Basic covers the facility side (power, cooling, network, and physical access) while you own your hardware and OS. Full Management adds proactive monitoring, unlimited remote hands, and 24/7 incident response on top, so our team is effectively an extension of yours.
